COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A Traditional Pale Ale brewed with malted Two-Row American malted barley and an inclusion of roasted caramel. Hopped Up ’n Horny is craft brewed using generous amounts of American Cascade Hops; both in a brew kettle and a dry hop in an aging tank. If you don’t get hopped up by this great ale, nothing will get your juices flowing.

Definitely one of my favorite brews. I found the flavor of the beer to be as intriguing as it’s packaging. Glad to have stumbled upon this one and recommend it to anyone with a hardened palate.

Who says this is light amber or clear amber?? Mine poured a darker yellow with an ever so slightly off white head. Nose of hops and cookie dough. Creamy, malty, and a bit hopped up on the palate. Not as hoppy and bitter as expected, but not too flat. A bit of a watery finish. Like a light version of Dales Pale Ale.

From notes. A standout apa. Loads of hops and a lot of roasted malt. I’ll drink this one again.

not the greatest APA but i still think it is underrated. mild sweetness mixed in with the hoppy favor. very clean finish on the palate. i do agree however that there is nothing unique about the beer.

Draft at the Hideaway. Golden amber in color, with just a thin top. Drinks like a nice, light brew and very drinkable. But there’s a nice tropical fruity appeal, and a full-up active mouthfeel. Quality APA on the river in Milwaukee! (#5156, 7/6/2013)

In bottle at home. Pours a golden - amber colour with a decent white head. Hoppy aroma of pineapple and mango with caramel and alcohol coming through. Pineapple flavour with a chewy mouth-feel. Moderate carbonation and mildly dry to finish. Just a little thin but quite aromatic.

Surprised this has a low rating, if rate beer app Would have worked in the store I’d never have tried it. More for me I guess.

Bottle clear golden yellow. Nose mango citrus and floral hop. Some evergreen. Taste grassy floral up front. Strong mid palate bitter, some sweet malt following. Lingering bitter finish. I found this more enjoyable than the average score would suggest.

UPDATED: OCT 18, 2010 Gonna have to try this again, but from what I remember it’s a good all around beer.

Pours a straw yellow with minimal head. Very nice grape fruity aroma. Not much head retention. Unpleasant bitter aftertaste. A well below average IPA. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
