22oz bottle-pours yellow/gold with a big foamy white head. Aroma is sweet grain, hint of spice. Taste is herbal /spice hops, sweet grain/light malt. A brash upfront.

Bottle - 10th Cream Ale rating - shared by Jcwattsrugger. Pours clear orange gold with off white head. Nose/taste of creamy malts, bread, lemon zest, yeast and some spicy herbalness on the palate. Medium body. Clean. Straightforward. Pleasant enough for the style.

Pours a clear light amber with a decent sized white head. I’m getting bread and some light floral hops in the nose. Taste follows suit, bready, with bittering hops. Slightly creamy mouthfeel. No alcohol detected. Not a bad offering.

22oz - Brasss color, thick white head. Cereal nose, spicy palate, reminding me of a rye.

Nice barley-lagerish aroma. Crisp lemony hop. Bready malts, surprisingly nice. Pours a puffy, foamy white head. Golden yellow color. Good head retention. Tiny, sparse bubbles. The flavor is bread and roasted caramel malts. Mild, flowery citrus hops. Slight bitterness, mostly sweet though. Green apples and lots of lemon/lime notes. The thickness of an English ale, with a dry finish. This is a refreshing beer that doesn’t sacrifice taste. The litmus test is that it warms up very nicely.

Bottle [660ml] shared with HogTownHarry & garthicus -- c/o garthicus. Pours a slightly hazy gold with an average size diminishing off-white head. Aroma is vegetal and sweet along with some grass. Slightly watery flavour of sweet malt, somewhat buttery and with very light hops in the finish -- not much there really. Average bodied. This is boring as all get-out, I did not care for it.

(bottle - 22 oz) Clear orange color with a soapy and fizzy white head and good carbonation. Aroma is sweet and mild with some dry grass and sweetness underneath. Flavor begins sweet and malty with a touch of dry malts at the finish before you swallow. Middle is smooth and dry with a nice malt and a very light grassy hop taste. Finishes clean and mildly sweet. Very refreshing.

UPDATED: NOV 21, 2009 Bottle ( 22oz ). Shared by garthicus with me and blankboy. Hazy orange, smallish off-white head. Initial aroma is fairly nasty, harsh, almost poo-like - it mellows down to weirdly sweet and buttery. Taste is pretty forgettable, sweet oily grain, slightly bitter, with butter emerging. Average body, really well-carbonated, boring finish. Pass.

Appearance: Ever so slightly cloudy, light orange with a tiny white head. Aroma: Okay, initially a bit ’sewagey’, socks and farts, like an old pub in the west of Ireland dominated by Guinness drinking 70 year olds.... some spice and yeast. Flavour: Sour, butter, yeast. I don’t know what’s going on with this beer... lots of carbonation and a sourish finish. Not enjoyable and a drain pour for me.
