COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The focus is on the alcohol percent and the oats added to the mash during the brewing process. The oats add an incredible smoothness to the mouth feel and just a touch of sweetness to its body. Our version is a full body beer with a roasted flavor and creamy smooth mouth feel that conceals the alcohol content of 8.2 %.

Stout pours black with big head and good lacing. Nose of rich dark roasted malts with coffee note. Taste is smooth with a somewhat semisweet flavor of rich malt on the lite side. Very good at 8.2% from growler on 2/19/13.

growler from the brewery. pours dark black with a nice thick tan head. aroma of roast. very creamy feel at first taste. roasted malts, bit of smooth sweetness. very smooth, just a very light alcohol background, barely noticable for an 8.2% beer. finish of coffee and light bitter roast.
