This beer is my favorite pepper beer of all of the ones I've had so far. It smells wonderfully fruity. Initial taste is fruity sweetness that transitions to a pleasant spiciness on the back of the throat. Wonderfully balanced for what it is.

Orange brew with a decent head. Nose brimming with jalepenos, anaheims-and hot peppers, ensconced in an earthyness. The body, albeit peppery, has a moderate heat, and has the quality of freshly tilled earth. Moderate amber malt backbone. Sweet jalepeno finish.

Thanks to Steelerx for this beer as an extra. Cheers Joe! Paired this with some white chili. A: Brass ale with little-no head formation. Coarse bubbles round the edge and stick around. Scant ribbons indicate carbonation. No lacing. S: Vegetal nose with lots of bell pepper, jalepeno, anaheims. They did a great job making this a chili beer without any off flavors. Great. T: Great light blonde ale with chili tones. Light grains and bread flavors are the backbone, but again only the canvas for the peppers. Lightly spicy, not burning, but at the far palate, oropharyngeal burn. M: Light bodied, medium carbonation. Dries the tongue. D: Fantastic for a chili beer. I would take this in volume to a summer BBQ. Very, very yummy. Serving type: bottle 02-22-2011

A light yellow with a frothy white head. The aroma is simple like a pale ale, the look is simple too. But the body and the aftertaste are spicy, I mean seriously spicy. I love spicy food and this really surprised me with how hot they decided to go. A lot of fun.

22oz bottle in a plastic cup. Pours golden with a white head. Aroma of peppers, pale malts, and floral hops. Flavor the same with a nice pepper finish. Average texture. A good pepper beer.

Bomber from Half Time. Pours light copper with a few whitish bubbles. Nice hot pepper aroma. Almost medium body. Flavor is light malt with a lot of pepper. Pretty decent. Meaning it’s not too hot to drink. Certainly not a Ghost Killah ale. I think this hit the pepper point about right.

My wife brought this one home from a trip to Rochester. Not much good comes from most pepper beers but this one was less enjoyable than most. +++ Sampled from a 22 oz brown bottle this beer poured a hazy golden color with a medium sized creamy white head that left some lacing. The aroma was tangy with faint pepper and bread. The flavor was fairly blah basic beer with hot pepper heat but not much pepper flavor. The finish was long heat but not much else. Light body. Unimpressive.

On tap at gabf. Pour is a pale straw with average head. Aroma of pepper all the way. Mouth is light and crisp with the immediate sense of peppers. It tastes a lot like nachos. I consider this more of a novelty and probably would have one glass and be done with it. But I have to give it credit as it really did capture a flavor profile and was fairly well balanced. Beat out other jalepeno beers I’ve had.

Bottle: Poured a orange with white color head. Aroma is light with pepper hint. Taste is a burn of pepper, light on beer substance.
