Bomber from Half Time. Pours amber gold with a slight white head. Mild citrus aromas over wheatiness. Med body. It’s lightly citric. somewhat wheaty, lightly astringent, and reasonably hoppy/bitter. Drinks pretty easy.

Bottle @ home. Clear, golden orange appearance with a white head. Tart citrusy, bitter orange, wheat malty aroma. Fairly grassy hoppy, orange citrusy, bready wheat malty flavor. Not too bad.

Bottle from bhensonb. Pours copper with a modest off-white head and a citrus aroma. There is a hearty wheat flavor with some yeastiness and a dry bitter finish.

Bottle. Pours a clear golden amber with a faint orange tinge and a medium sized white head that dissipates fairly quickly. Soft sweet wheat on the nose, a faint hint of yeast. Medium bodied, cool grain. Grainy, with a touch of bitterness and a slight cereal quality. Soft bitter finish with more light wheat sweetness and a bit more graininess.

Pure golden color pour. Lots of carbonation produce a large head with decent lacing. Big wheat aroma. Flavor of wheat and citrus. Alittle hops at the end. Decent.

22oz - Gold liquid & off white head. Nice lace. Oranges and peeper on nose. Hoppy dryness on palate, spice of the wheat shows at end, nutty yeast finish. Best offering to date.

Pours a clear golden color with a thin white head. Aroma of citrus, yeast and wheat. Flavor of citrus, yeast and wheat. The body is light with a slightly oily texture and moderate carbonation. Not bad, not great either.

In short: A clean, basic, true-to-the-style but above average wheat beer. Highly drinkable.

The look: Clear golden-yellow body topped by a very small white head
In long: Light nose of cereals/wheat with notes of peaches and bananas. Body is loaded with hay/wheat, light honey touch, a light lemony tartness, some garden flowers. The smooth carbonation is very fitting. There’s not a lot a brewer can do when remaining true to this style so this is a simple beer but a highly drinkable one. Above average for this simple style. Horseheads white men brewing nice Iroquois fire water.
