Bottle. Pours a fairly clear amber gold with a medium sized white head. Nice spicy hops, soft malt, toast. Medium bodied, toast, biscuit malt, toast. Gentle bitterness on the finish. Easy drinking and sessionable.

22oz bottle-pours gold with a light tan head. Aroma is pine, sweet light malt-bready. Taste is pine hops, light/medium malt-toast.

Bomber from Halt Time. Pours amber with a creamy off-white head. Aroma is sweet caramel, floral/citrus. Nice. Then there’s a hint of peach. Med body or better. Flavor is light stone fruit/floral/citrus with a fairly overcome caramel backbone. This is bitter, it’s finishing bitter, but the "peachy" hop is carried on, the floral is present, and it’s just grand. Lush. Brilliant. Imperialize this and I’ll give it a 4.4 (maybe).

On tap at the brewery. Slightly cloudly gold color, nice thick off white head. Good amount of hop aroma. Smooth tasting, hops and malts with a nice hop finish that is not overly bitter. Mild bite.

Bomber. Copper color, nice head. A bit low on the carbonation, which is fine with me but might turn others off. Good amount of hop flavor. Definitely US citrus hops, and not (just) Cascades. Bit of a grapefruit rind finish. Nice pale ale.

Bottle. Pours golden orange with an off white head. Floral hoppy aroma with sweet toffee like malt notes. The flavor is well balanced with floral hops on a sweet malt base. Lighter notes of toffee and bread. Medium bitter finish. Pretty good.

En fût. Verre de dégustation directement à la brasserie. Arôme: Odeur d’agrumes avec une pointe de pin. Apparence: La couleur est dorée-cuivrée. Présence d’un mince col mousseux et d’une fine dentelle sur le verre. Saveur: Léger goût de pamplemousse et de pin. Durée moyenne de l’arrière goût. Palette: Le corps est moyen avec une texture huileuse. Moyenne effervescence en bouche. Arrière goût légèrement houblonné. (Rating #2022)

Growler: Poured a golden color with a half finger amount of head. The aroma was pine, hops and some light spice. The flavor was smooth with some strong hops. The hops did not burn my mouth by the end of the glass, which made a smooth finish/aftertaste to this beer. Overall, a decent APA.
