Bottle. Pours cloudy copper with a creamy white head and lacings. Yeast and fruits. Dry and crisp taste. Medium bodied. Quite hoppy for a Dunkler Bock. Drinkable.

Bottled (thanks Papsoe). Amber colour, small head. Aroma is a bit gluelike and very fruity. Flavour is fruits, yeast, some nectar and a bit grassy in the finish. Slight peppery notes are also present in the aftertaste.

UPDATED: AUG 27, 2008 Bottled at Petalax Beer Festival. Hazy amber with fair sized head. Buttery nose with light floral/orangey notes. Medium sweet with clean mouthfeel. A good amount of toffee and butter makes up the foundation. Slight hops surface late and add a bit of floral bitterness.

Clear medium amber color with a average, frothy, good lancing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel fruit acidic, light to moderate hoppy, citrus, orange. Flavor is moderate sweet, light bitter and light sour with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. (170508)

Warm golden with a nice, creamy head. The aroma has notes of sweetness, malt and light fruit. The flavour has sweetness, notes of malt, caramel and fruity/floral hops. The body is pleasant, and it’s an uncomplicated and straightforward beer.
