Medium amber colour. Hazy. Has an off-white head, mostly lasting. Toasted aroma, lightly burnt. Flavor finish heavy bitter. Dry texture.

Ale originally brewed for the Skanderborg festival 2008, named Cain N Abel Ale. A sour taste which is replaced by a dry malt flavor.

Leicht säuerlicher herb-malziger Antrunk. Minimal röstig, was sich so wirklich erst im Abgang bemerkbar macht. Weiterhin säuerlich, die wässrige Herbe steht vollkommen unter dem säuerlichen Eindruck. Zum Ende dumpf herb, weniger aromatisch. Nett, mehr aber nicht, dafür zu unausgeglichen. 8/8/7/7/9/7

Pours brown with a beige head. Roasted caramel and fruity notes. Flavour is roasted caramel, fruity notes, light malt acidic and light raisin.

Pours nice dark red-brown with fluffy tanned head. Nutty roasted malts, caramel and coffee aroma. Rich stout like roasted malt flavor with crispy citrus and some acidy tones. Crispy and malty on palate. Finishes with a short malty and bitter hoppy aftertaste.

Bottle from Liva supermarked in Kolding.Dark brown colour with soapy beige head.Aroma of caramel and ryebread nice tosted and malty mouthfeels and good flavor of caramel.

Bottled. A hazy deep red beer with a thin orangey head. The aroma has notes of malt and fruit, but also with an edge of acidity. The flavor is acidic with notes of malt and caramel.

0.5 l bottle, thanks Timo A! Slightly hazy ruby color. Sweet, toffeish, yeasty and sulfury aroma with strawberry. Dry berryish, yeasty and toffeish flavor with notes of strawberry. Too yeasty.

Bottle. High creamy and lasting off-white head. Slightly hazy brown body. Sweet barley malt aroma with cocoa and some vineous notes. Very sweet - too sweet - caramel cocoa flavor leaving a strange dry feeling in the mouth. Low carbonation, short aftertaste.

Clear medium to dark amber orange color with a average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, roasted, light hoppy. Flavor is moderate sweet, light bitter and sour notes with a average duration. Body is medium to light, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. [20090204]

Moderate hoppy aroma. Average frothy, off-white head. Good lacing. Mostly diminishing longevity. Clear amber body. Moderate bitter flavor. Medium palate.
