| 3.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 5/5 | 8/10 | 3/5 | 16/20 | Dec 30, 2008 On tap at European Beer Festival, Copenhagen. Served a next to black body under a small tan head. Smoot nose with chocolate and coffee doing most of the work, but also some dried fruits and a hint of alcohol. Chocolate, mocha and roasted malts in the mouth, with a coffee-like bitterness towards the finish. Bitter chocolate in the very end. Thin, at least considering the style, mouthfeel, quite flat, but with a nice warmth. A really smooth and pleasing beer in need of more body. (080913) yespr (12443), Copenhagen O, Denmark
