A nut-brown beer with a lazing orange head. The aroma is sweet with strong notes of nuts and lesser notes of wood. The flavor is sweet - very candy like (caramelized sugar) - as if it has caramelized during the boil. It also has strong spicy notes, leading to an end, that is both sticky and dry. Good, but I can’t drink a lot of it due to the high sweetness.

Bottle. Amber colour with a tan head. Caramel malty, light hoppy aroma and a sweet caramel malty, light fruity, hoppy taste. Light body with a light dry finish.

Bottled. Clear, sparkling copper-coloured beer with a decent beige head. Sweet and fruity aroma with some caramel showing up as well. Malty flavor with some caramel, hops and fruits. Medium body and a finish that’s quite malty. Some fruityness too. Not at all a bad beer. (061221)

Amber, with a reddish bit in the colour, clear. Has an off-white head, mostly lasting. Aroma starts sweet, bobblegum-like. Flavor finish is lasting bitter.

Clear orange colour with a small off white head. Vague roasted malty aroma with notes of caramel and fruit. Malty, caramel sweet flavor with a hoppy finish.

(Bottle 33 cl) Beautiful, clear orangey brown with a small, off-white head. Weak aroma of citrus and caramel. Fairly light body with notes of caramel and nuts and a discreet, hoppy finish. Quite pleasant and quaffable. 281006
