Bottle. 2 months past ’best before’. Pours a pale yellow with a white head. Sweet and a bit tart aroma. Dusty and stale with a bit of porter-like notes (!). Cereals as well. Flavour is cereals and a bit of (old) citrus hops. Finish has a nice bitterness – better than the initial flavour. Too much carbonation. 25.09.10.

Pours clear golden with a very slight haze. Big bubbles. Big, frothy, off-white head. Light fruity hops aroma, grapefruit ans sweet doughy malts. Medium carbonation, fine light and dry mouthfeel. Flavour has light metal and a very slight medicinic note in the beginning. Good, crisp malts and a very fine bitterness. Light citric in the finish.

Bottle, 50cl. Pours a light amber beer with an offwhite head. The aroma is weak with some citrus. The flavor is close to the nose with malt. The palate is a little bitter. Overall an average beer but lacks some depth and boldness.

Bottle @ Odense Tasting. Thanks Sfhodense. Pours cloudy yellow with a small creamy bubbly head on top. Nose is yeast, pepper and fruit. Flavor is citrus hops with notes of plastic and bread. Medium bodied.

Bottle, thx to Papsoe. It pours an almost clear golden body with a small, white head. Hoppy, fruity nose with a touch of pinecones and grapefruit. Some malts. A whiff of orange and peach in the back. Fruity flavor, grapefruit, pine cones. Malty sweetness and some bitterness too. Almost cardboardy, medium bodied and sweetish. A bit short finish with some fruits and bitterness. Quite pleasant, but on the sweet side. Lacks on the bitterness. Quite decent though. (090219)
