Cask-conditioned at the Wellington, Birmingham 01/02/10. Dark brown with reddish undertones and next to no head. A sweetish, fruity mild with a light mouth feel and slightly bitter finish. Forgettable.

Cask conditioned - handpump - Ale Wagon Leicester. A black coloured beer with pretty much no head. The aroma is chocoaltey but there’s a hint of diacetyl. The taste has chocolate but there’s a good hit of berry fruits. A decent mild.

Hand pulled at the Ale Wagon (Hoskins Bros), Leicester, and therefore NOT retired. Choc-tinged, hard edged bittersweet flavour. Medium thick and oily. Quite nice.

Flat looking mild with virtually no aroma and a watery flavour. Has a slight bitterness about it but overall very watery.
