040513. Bottle at home (careful opening!). Pours hazy copper with a high head that disappears. Aroma banana, wheat, yeast. Medium bodied. Nice balanced hefe. Not Bad.

Bottle. Hazy orange with a short lived head. Aroma is caramel and a little whiskey. Flavour is light smokey whiskey, some fruit with some light smoke in the finish

Bottle, brought from Berlin. Clear dark orange beer with a very small, unstable white head. Aroma is light banana and some subtle yeasty notes. Flavor is a bit smokey, vanilla. Typical hefeweizen, with a slight whiskey extra.

Cloudy caramel pour. Small off white head. No lacing. Malty banana aroma. Peaty flavor. I guess that means whisk(e)y now. Not bad. Some banana.

500 ml bottle.
Pours a hazy copper amber colour with a white foamy head. Aroma of smoked wood, wheat and some banana. Flavour of sweet overly ripe banana, smoked wood, peat, licorice and some grassy notes. Medium bodied, smooth mouthfeel and soft carbonation. Very interesting combination of smoked whiskey notes and hefeweizen.

Really poor whiskey aromas, nothing special at all. I should rate it as classical dunkel hefeweizen, and in this category this beer is only average. Beware on huge carbonation, especially during opening. I feel disappointed.

Bananig-hefiger Geruch. Antrunk hefig, süßlich, bananig. Mittelstück moderat malzrauchig. Abgang hefig, süßlich, buttrig mit Spuren von Rauchmalz. Recht gut - könnte noch rauchiger sein.

A medium brown hefeweizen with good hefe smell and flavors. This is a interesting seasonal. Normal clove smell and taste but for me overall okay but with a minor taste of bacon of all things.

Bottle 0.5l at home. Colour is clear orange with no head. Aromas and flavours are whiskey, alcohol, wheat, fruits and sourness. Horrible, just horrible.
