.5l bottle. At Belgrade tasting. Very dark, hazy brown with nice foam. Richer malt, very interesting. Nice variation. Some peaty-smokiness, which is amazing. Subtle though. Nice beer, thanks Marko!

hazy orange colour, not too much, not too stable yellowish head; aroma or citrus, banana and some wood; taste of banana, caramel, biscuit and some smoked wood; not bad

Bottle 50cl from Quack-Duck many thanks. A copper orange beer with head that goes down quickly, nose is on malt and wheat, sweet like, banana is there but low, round caramel hints. Aroma is medium malty to low, wheat is a bit shy, nice smoked touch, body is unfortunately a bit watery but the whole is pleasant and well balanced. With more body and wheat touch this could be great, highly carbonated.

RexTalionis (2333) - FINLAND - NOV 14, 2013
Bottle 50 cl. Pours dark orange in color with a whitish head. First there was some peat on the nose, which quickly though turned into some more sweetish and light garden fruityness in aroma. Hard toffee and light cellar/rubber notes are present too. Sweetish wheat, muted butterscotch, some rubber and light peaty notes in taste. Even if there can be found quite a lot of different things here, they are not that strong on the whole. Leaves one with a sweetish and slightly smoky aftertaste.

Bottle from Coppers, Newcastle. This is a hazy orange-brown coloured beer with banana, lemon and vanilla flavours, spicy clove and malty, slight smoky whisky notes on the sweet finish.

Bottle at Finkenkrug, Duisburg
Cloudy amber color with medium sized head. The aroma is different; there is some wheat, but it’s more mellow than usual; almost biscuity. Wheat flavor, with a better defined cereals profile, it may be associated to Adelscott; very low bitterness; light biscuits in the end.
Nice idea, but still a simple result.

Nice sour taste with a whiskey hint. The head goes off slowly. Color is amber. Decent and pretty in-your-face beer. Aroma is of hops and citrus wheat.

bartlebier (1480) - Belchum im Breisgau, GERMANY - AUG 5, 2013
50cl bootle, BB 11/2013. Pours a near-Dunkelweizen orange. Fruity nose with notes of cardboard rather than peat. Mf and taste are defined by fruity, slightly sticky malts and a dry quality I would like to imagine is the peat in tye whiskey malt. Nothing out of the ordinary else, a bit heavy and bloating and too shy what the whisky gimmick is concerned.
