1 AROMA 1/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 2/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 2/20
Bottle shared with McTapps. Don’t know if I had a bad day or what but this one was crazy. An awful aroma of chicken or whatever combined with a strange yeasty-meaty taste. Bad.

1 AROMA 1/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 2/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 2/20
Huge, bubbling white head. Clear golden colour. Disgusting vomit aroma and by far the worst beer aroma I’ve experienced. Weird spelt taste and a bitter-sour palate.

1.8 AROMA 1/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 6/20
500 ml bottle. Pours clear golden with a medium white head, looks like Dampfbier. Wonderful appearance. Smells like vomit. Mild fruity taste, a bit watery. Mild sour grassy palate. All in all quite terrible. It gets bonus points for being organic, though.

2.4 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 8/20
Bottle. Pours clear light golden with airy but stable white head. Clear, mildly sweet aroma of yeast and malt with notes of hops. Ditto taste, though the hoppy touches are more pronounced here. Slightly dusty and estery aftertaste. Nothing special, to put it mildly.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
500 ml swing top bottle, poured into a lager glass at home. ABV 5.2%
A bit pale but golden yellow colour on the body, with good activity in it. On top sits a two fingers tall head, white in colour and soapy, with average retention and no lacing left on the glass.
Not bad aroma, mostly bread but not the stale one you get from others. A bit of grass as well.
Taste is sweet at first, with lots of malts and the bread flavour, but it turns to light bitterness at the end and on the aftertaste.
The body is thin, the carbonation average.
Overall a nice beer, maybe a bit too sweet at first.

Such a cute german drawing on the front. This beer may pour pale yelliw with a foamy white head but tastes like water. Good job. Its got some flavor of a hefe cut with 65% water. German crap at its finest.

2.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 7/20

2.7 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Bügelverschlußflasche: Pale golden to golden with a greenish sheen, a bit unclear, mid-sized - slowly collapsing - loose white head, grainy-strawy nose with a delicate cardboardy touch; mild sweet-bitter flavour, light bodied and pretty soft; sweet pale malt with a delicate bitter counterweight in the short finish. Nothing wrong with it, just a simple Helles…

2.4 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20
500ml bottle. malty, some herbal and sweet aromas. Pours clear, golden, with some vanishing white head, no lacing. Light body, average carbonation, crispy texture. Taste is some sweet, malty, some herbal. Mainstream one, nothing remarkable.

2.6 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
50cl bottle, served in Weizen. Transparent golden colour with small/medium white frothy head and lots of bubbles. Wheat, yeast, and hints of caramel on the nose (predominantly sweet). Taste is bread, cereals, sugar and spice. Maybe some banana notes as well (subtle). Light body, good carbonation. Well, after a bad experience with this brewery, I am glad to say it is drinkable this time. Not a great beer at all, but decent.

2.4 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20
Flip-top half litre bottle: best before 30 July 2013. Poured @ home into my Paderborner ’Goldpilsner’ 0.3 litre vase (twice).
Mid-range Pilsner/Lager golden yellow: bright, clear and clean. The head a deep foam blanket of white bubbles.
Almost odourless: slight grassy and grainy notes, but not a lot of anything.
Hop front and back in the mouth, dry and leaning towards bitter in flavour throughout the tasting. Metallic feel as the beer warmed in the second pour: not nice.
Refreshing Summer beer maybe: not a UK Winters night brew anyway! Flaters to deceive and is really only average in all aspects.
