Bottle from Rehills, Newcastle. A pale golden beer with a sweet fruity and light floral flavour, zesty citrus and grassy notes with an almond finish.

Golden color, with soapy white foam with medium retention . Sweet notes on the aroma: Malt, caramel, bread and slightly floral nuances. Sweet caramel presence and hints of honey on the taste.

Bottle shared with MichaelBruch. Deep golden colour with low ehad and smooth body. Taste of low malt, mild hops, strong alcohol and raisin bread. Very smooth and easy to drink, but also quite sweet and heavy, just a typical Bock. This one is definately not the worst I ever drank.

50cl swing top bottle, from the Trinkgut in Lippstadt, pours with a clear gold body that supports a thin white head. The modest aroma offers up sugary sweetness, pears, sweet ripe green apples and a faint floral hoppiness. The taste is Malt Liquor like with light skinned sugary sweet fruity esters and some chemical booze. I do get a slight redeeming maltiness around midway. Overall sweet fruity esters run the show here.

500 ml. bottle. Golden colour, pours a minimal head that doesn’t hold. Smell of grains, floral and herbs. Medium to full body, sticky palate. Taste is very sweet, malt is everywhere, though some hops come by at times. Caramel, honey. Good.

Swing top bottle, 500 ml, at home, into a tulip. ABV 6.5% Bright golden yellow colour on the body, crystal clear with nice activity in it, one finger of white, thin head with average retention and light lacing left behind. Aroma is malty and bready, some floral notes. Taste is better than expected, sweet and very malty, light floral notes, sugar. Thin body, low carbonation. Overall an okay one.

Darker yellow with fading foam head. Nice but not outstanding barley, small hoppy aroma and taste. Refreshing beer indeed. (Velp 201402)

Pours a clear brilliant golden yellow color with a small white cap. The smell is grain, hay, mild fruit, and a hint of caramel. The taste is fairly sweet with some fruit and caramel, grain and hay ending a bit dry. The body is a bit oily and light/medium with tight active carbonation. Overall, not particularly special but decent.
