Copenhagen 5/5 2015. 50 cl bottle brought from Germany by my brother in law. Old fashioned bottle with swing cap and label with a German lumberjack in folk costume chopping away. Pours clear light brown with big white head. Settles gradually. Aroma of malty sweetness balanced with light sourness. Medium carbonation. Taste of malts - not too sweet and with moderate bitterness for balance. Not very exciting - despite the lumberjack - but solid.

tfredvik (1307) - Oslo, NORWAY - APR 18, 2015
Crystal clear medium brown body with a beige head. Sweet and strong aroma that is very dominated by caramel. Also nuts, sweet generic fruits and raisins. The caramel is also in charge in the strong flavour, again backed up by nuts, and both and fresh and dried fruits. Moderate sweet taste with a light bitter long-lasting finish. Mid-bodied with soft carbonation. Nice!

The finish is fresh, light bitter and some hop notes are noticable. Very decent brew.
