0,5 pullo @Jätkäsaari. Sameahko hunajankeltainen. Tuoksussa hiivaa, humalaa, käynyttä hedelmää, ehkä vähän banaania, vehnää. Maussa kevyesti mallasta, pehmeän tuntuinen.

Pours with a rich creamy white top, colour is gold. A slightly earthen/flowery taste, but not too strong. Minimal amount of carbonation, overall a very enjoyable beer

Flaske 0,5l fra Kilpishalli. Drukket som matøl på RV124 1 Feb 14. Aprikosfarget. Litt uklar. Middels høyt skum som nesten blir helt borte. Litt lacing. God sitrusaroma med innslag av krydder. Smaken er sitrus med undertone av gjær. Et hveteøl på det jevne. Blir ikke for søt! Mye sedimenter igjen på flaska. KI=1

500ml swing-top bottle as Adlerkönig Das Echte Weissbier, 4.7% abv. Shared by djoeye. A wheat haze to a golden coloured body. Mostly lasting white head, lacing rings to the glass. Spiced fruity nose. The taste character brings late banana and a dash of mid-tart lemon, alongside wheat and coriander sweetness. Mild and sweet fruity ending. Basic German weizen (Tromsø 10.11.2013).

UPDATED: JUL 14, 2014 Adlerkönig Das Echte Weissbier. 1; Head white tight deutschhh. Hazy orange body. Scents as wheat beer, malts, fruity hops. Taste; light spicy wheat malts, fruity, apple-ish, but also watery and a bit metallic. Ends with wheat bread and some metallic syrup. Under average. (RateMeetWRune/FuneralFeast4TromsoIL-2013-nov- = 2.6P) 2; Near clear golden-orange body, white tight head, not much lacings. Fresh fruity scents, apples, apricots, fresh plums, ginger, coriander, clove, buttery caramel malts. Taste; spicy wheat malts, ginger, clove, coriander, cardamum, sweet bread, butter notes and caramel malts. Fresh sparkling on palate, slightly watery, normal body and alright balance. Short aftertaste with apples, notes of plums, grass, bread, malts, modest hops. Considering BB was 2 months ago, this was really a surprising improvement. Combining wheat and barley works very well for this brew. [50cl brown swingtop-bottle abv4.7%, BB10-05-14, contains both wheat and barley malts]
