Quite dull hefeweizen, nothing to remember. Nothing disturbing still, pure but watery taste.

Cloudy dark yellow beer with a big foamy white head. Lots of yeast and some banana in the aroma. Watery body. Wheat, a little lemon, hint of herbal notes and water. Quite simplistic and not even that good. Watery is a good word for this one.

Bottle from supermarket. Hazy orange color, white head. Bittersweet taste with citrus, wheat, banana, rubber and grass. A bit thin body. Sweet finish with fruits and wheat. Decent hefeweizen.

Slightly hazy straw with big creamy white head that leaves good lacing. Fruity aroma has banana, bit coriander, wheat. Light body and feel, fruity, low carbonation, long fruity finish. Easy to drink but bit too thin for my taste.

Aroma is fresh fruity and medium strong. Some stuffyness comes through after a while. Excotic fruits and apple. Cloudy light honey yellow. Fruity fresh and easy to drink. Light, bit crisp. Low carbonation. Good , fresh, light.

Bottle 50 cl, BBE 01.03.2014. Pours dark golden in color with a thick and creamy white head. Wheat, some light burnt rubber and light sour notes in aroma. Slightly sour notes, some wheat and light fruity notes as well in taste. Light bodied. Slightly sweet notes of wheat, some sour notes and burnt rubber in aftertaste.

500 ml bottle.
Pours a cloudy bright golden colour with a large foamy head. Aroma of wheat, sour fruitiness and yeast. Flavour of sweet malts, wheat, citrus, caramel, overly ripe banana and dough-like yeastiness. Finishes sharp and citrusy with low fruitiness and mild sweetness. Soft carbonation. Same beer as the Neuschwansteiner Das Echte Weissbier?

500 ml bottle. BBE 01.03.2013.
Pours a hazy pale yellow colour with a large, frothy, white head. Large visible bubbles. Somewhat weak aroma of wheat and light citrus. Flavour of wheat, caramel, citrus, apple, yeast and even some grass. Medium bodied, thin mouthfeel and a wheaty, light caramel finish. Surprisingly good for a 4,7% ABV Hefeweizen.

A yellow beer with a big and blond head. Aroma of wheat, lots of sourness, only hint of fruitesters. Taste is also sour, wheat, some spices, simple. Medium bodied, high carbonation. Medium quality hefe, sour and too little of fruitesters.

A light yellow beer with a big and white head. Aroma is wheat, lots of sourness, lemon and some bananas. Taste is quite dry, wheat and sour, bubblegum and some bananas. Fresh, almost medium bodied, nice carbonation, succesfull drinkability even with low alc. %. Quite dry and sour hefe, nice beer.

Aroma is fruity with strong yeast notes. Also hints of paper. Flavour has citrus, yeasty notes, some banana and bubblegum. Mint and herbal notes in the finish. Foamy palate. Refreshing!

A loud POP when opening the bottle. Lots of foaming when pouring. Aroma is typical to hefe of this ABV with some banana esthers, wheat and hints of tart apple and bubblegum. Flavour is rather light with some banana esthers, bubblegum and hints of tart apple and cardboard. Yeast and wheat in the finish. Easy‐going and a bit thin wheat with no savors.

Clear yellow. White light head. Pretty basic combination of aromas. Fruity and citrus aroma. Fresh. Poor palate. Pretty basic... nothing special, nothing bad. (except palate)
