Poured with ok head that fell quickly. Straw color. Not a bad lager, but I choose it to keep the bottles for my home brews.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 13/20
Appearance: slightly hazy light gold, with one finger of bright white head and minimal lacing. Aroma: a bit of grass, with some honey smacks cereal, biscuit, and creamed corn. Taste: very fresh-tasting, with semi-dried grass providing a nice balance to sweetish cereal grains. Finish: clean, crisp, and extremely refreshing, but not long lasting. Notes: This was an outstanding classic Dortmunder/Helles lager. Perfectly balanced, very fresh and lively in the palate, and refreshing. Couldn’t ask for more.
