0.5l bottle from LCBO. Pours a very cloudy pale orange, with a frothy white head. Lots of carbonation. Lighter colour near the bottom. Aroma: Very spicy, very wheaty. Kinda skunky. Smells more like a belgian wit than a hefeweizen. Palate: Medium bodied, extremely fizzy, and very astringent for a hefeweizen. Gives it a slight sour tinge, but makes it feel kinda off to me. Maybe it was just sitting on the LCBO’s shelves for half a year. Taste: Sweet, kinda flat. Not much flavour here, but it’s not awful. Probably helps that it feels like 44C outside. Add some lemon and it can’t be bad at all. (Definitely one of the worst hefeweizen’s i’ve had though)

Cloudy light brown with virtually no head. Aroma is honey, caramel, bread. Sweet on the palate with a slight hint of cardboard on the finish. Taste is honey, caramel, hints of butterscotch and sherry. Obviously slightly oxidized.

The pallet is super malty and watery. The flavor is apricot, and butterscotch. Potential of being oxidize. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

50cl bottle, served in Weizen glass. Pours light golden with a big white frothy head (diminishing fast). Wheat and banana on the nose, typically Hefeweizen-like. The flavour is pretty much the same, a bit more sugary than the average though. Light mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Simple, not bad.

bottle, courtesy of pivnizub! Cloudy pale yellow, thick white head. Wheaty and yeasty, shy fruity touch. Quite smooth and drinkable. A really rather nice example of this brewery,

500ml bottle. Some sweet and tart aromas. Pours pale gold, a bit hazy, with nice white head, not so big for a weissbier. Light body, high carbonation, crispy texture. Taste is citrus, some cereal, light bodied. Poor weissbier

Botella de 50 cl. Excaso aroma el de esta cerveza. Ligeras reminiscencias a banana y cítricos. Color dorado turbio, propio del estilo. Mucho carbónico al principio (amago de geyser). En boca, se confirma los aromas...cítricos y banana. Ligeramente dulce. No está mal para días calurosos

50cl bottle from Bon Voyage, Berlin. Pours hazy golden to orange with a white head. Fruity aroma with banana notes, wheat, yeast and hints of green apples. Fruity and yeasty with a lightly acidic finish with hints of bitterness. Medium body. Lightly sour, fruity and quite refreshing. Nice beer after a day of cross-country skiing. (2013-03-28)
