Aroma citrus, fresh dose of hops with sweet malts. Fresh.
Appearance medium thick murky look , amber shade. Rocky top.2+
Flavor and Palate : medium bodied. Malt up front with nutty accents as follow up. Top noted by citrus like hops. Felt bit raw. Leafy rough hop bitterness. I would prefer to smooth this brew a bit in order to be more dinkable.

[3669-20110408] Cask. Dusty orange zest juice concentrate aroma has strong notes of toasted wet grains. Hazy, dark rusty red body with a medium-lasting bubbly white head. More toasted grains in the flavour with boozy notes. Medium-full body. A little rough around the edges but interesting to try. (6+/3/7/3/13) 3.2

2011-04-08. Hazy orange amber body with modest of white head. 3+ Aroma is mild, with a light yeasty character. Fruity citrus and light green hop character follows. 6+ Flavour has a nice amount of orange citrus, and the finish is a melange of citrus, citrus seed, and green hops. Smooth average palate is nice but could use a bit more hops for my liking. Bit of an American bent on English parameters. Enjoyable. Cask at Volo, Toronto
