2012-12-31. Lightly hazy bright golden orange body with a small beige head. 3++ Flavour is fairly sweet, fruity, mild English malt core, drying finish is lightly alcoholic but is restrained for the abv. 7++ Smooth average plus palate is very softly carbonated. 3++ Aroma of apple juice, alcohol and light wood character that grows as it warms giving a dryish impression. Aroma is quite yeasty and lightly musty when it warms up. Pretty nice, better on tap? On cask at Volo, Toronto
