[4599-20120707] Cask. Sour pizza dough aroma. Murky, dark grey red body with no head. Lightly tart raspberry juice flavour. Medium body is a little tart. Seems young for a sour? Tasty though. (8/3-/7/3/14) 3.5

Reddish hue with small head. Aroma a bit sweet with berries, citrus, and a tart sour character. Taste wasn’t very balanced but was dominated with citrusy sour notes with heavy grapefruit. Stuff I like though... Not as great of a beer as their other House Ales but still enjoyable.

2012-07-07. Murky dark red body is essentially headless. Aroma of tangy fruit, red wine and raspberry wine, secondary notes of Orange Juice that has started fermenting, and sort of a Berliner Weiss like funk. Flavour has notes of tart and tangy fruit juice, pleasant raspberry tartness, fruity hints at my homebrew cider in the background, mineral water undertones in the finish and aftertaste, something familiar that I can’t place. Muted lactic sourness? Smooth average bodied palate is nearly flat. Pretty rough around the edges this did not come together for me today, will hopefully have the chance to revisit it. On tap at Volo, Toronto
