Cask Stillage at the Metropolitan Cathedral Crypt, Liverpool 17/02/2007 Hoppy aroma. Amber coloured floral and hoppy with a slightly dry full malt finish.

This was almost certainly off. Aroma is "fruity" in a kind of end of barrle yeasty way. Taste was similar and it was a big cloudy mess.

First of all, if you see the clip, with the name and drawing, you will ask for it. The flavor, is not bad, a little bitter and flavorless after a while. I like these guys in hourston, they have creativity.
