[Cask - GBBF 2003] A slightly unclear yellow beer with a beutiful head. The aroma is perfumated sweet with flowery notes. The flavor is rather sweet, a little cask flat with undistintable fruit and flower notes. An OK beer but not anything special.

Bottled bright from Kent BF. Very good condition considering it was 2 days old in my bottle. Bit of sediment in bottle too. Hazy gold, lasting off white head. Some decent grapefruit hop aroma. It’s a citrusy bitter, bit on minerality, well balanced and rather drinkable. Little bit biscuity, maybe a tad stale aroma. But still the beer is in good nick. Citrusy, tangy hoppy finish. Fine.

Cask@Mathers Bar, Edinburgh.
Golden color, small creamy white head. Lemony hoppy nose. Mildish lemony hoppy flavor, a bit earthy and grassy. Leaves honey sweet aftertaste. Lacking malty backbone to be strong enough for decent session ale.
