Jun 16, 2008 Hazy amber with tiny head. Intense sweet aroma with peach and yeasty notes. Cloying sweet flavor with peach, banana and caramel notes.

May 18, 2008 Thin head weak to no cover,rapid carbonation,an amber colour.Aroma grassy,green hops,herbal.Flavour green hops taste, note of caramel sweet a taste I,m not sure of,treacle note.Finish is sweet but a bitter hoppy taste as well.

Apr 10, 2008 A cloudy brown pour with a bubbly and vibrant head - not visually appealing, but the aroma is nice enough: a bit sweet and clovey.
Actual flavor of the beer is simple, although still very drinkable. Heavy notes of chocolate, birch, coconut, and maple dominate with a long, somewhat cloying finish.
Not bad as a sipper, although it would be improved by a big hunk of aged gouda.
