Couleur ambrée, apparence claire, mousse blanche se résumant à former un cerceau. Arômes de malt, de caramel et d’esthers fruitées style pêche sous une touche d’épices. Saveurs de gomme baloune, de malt et de houblon herbale. Finale métallique et amère présentant aussi une part d’alcool. Corps d’épaisseur moyenne, carbonatation piquante aux fines bulles. May 18, 2008 Thin head weak to no cover,rapid carbonation,an amber colour.Aroma grassy,green hops,herbal.Flavour green hops taste, note of caramel sweet a taste I,m not sure of,treacle note.Finish is sweet but a bitter hoppy taste as well.
