COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A traditional oatmeal stout with an intense roast barley flavors and mildly hopped using Willamette and Nugget hops. The robust flavour is balanced with a smooth creamy finish. It is named for the razor’s edge ridge that comes off the south flank of Mount Garibaldi’s Atwell Peak

Bottle - 1L swing-top crowned. Black pour with a tall, dense, foamy tan head. Aroma is roasted malt, caramel, burnt grains, coffee and soft hops. Taste is roasted malt, coffee, chocolate malt, burnt oatmeal, soft hops notes and caramel. Body is medium with a soft, bubbly carbonation. Ends with more caramel, coffee, roasted malt, chocolate notes and burnt oatmeal.

Bottle. Dark brown pour with a creamy head. Dark fruits and light chocolate aromas. Fairly full, sweet flavour, chocolate and fruit. Pretty decent stout.

A nice oatmeal stout. Pours a thick black with a tan head. Smells of oatmeal and a bit of vanilla and coffee. Taste is oatmeal upfront, with some vanilla and cream balancing later on. Had in the bottle.

Black, Dense brown head. Smells a lot like milk chocolate, with notes of coffee and ash (in a good way). Taste is lightly coffee-ish, some chocolate, and bit of red wine. Pretty enjoyable.

Pours dark in the glass. Large tan head and lacing. Malt with yeast and coffee on the nose. Chocolate and coffee on the tongue. A little light/thin for my taste but overall a good brew.

Big dark and smooth. Good roast but not bitter. Flavours of coffee and chocolate. Slight hop bitterness. Good carbonation. Overall a solid enjoyable oatmeal stout
