Smells of sweet spices...A big punch of spice the first mouthful...not a fan of hefes but figured I would give this a try...Not my cup of brew...Thanks for the cool bottle though!

1 litre bottle from LCBO. Love the resealable top. Pale hazy light amber with a nice off white head that fades quickly. Banana, wheat, some cloves, bit of alcohol. Sweet, mildish body, moderate carbonation, becomes a bit dry, alcohol on the finish, interesting.

1L bottle. Pours a cloudy banana yellow, big shaving cream head. Orange and clove aroma. Taste is very full, sweet citrus and spice with some banana and wheat. Average body for the style. Overall, taste on this is pretty aggressive and bold, not bad but it prevents a certain accessibility. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

An Imperial Hefeweizen... quite interesting. Pours a hazy golden-amber colour with a big warm cap that is bubbly and almost creamy, with decent retention and lots of sticky lace. Aromas of bananas with light wheat. Eventually, smells like rusty water with the hop they use. Average wet mouthfeel, medium-bodied, but all without the burn. The taste is milder, with the wheat and some sweetness. Hints of spices and bananas. A nice brew, but not sure a hefeweizen needs to have that much alcohol. Takes away the refreshment of this style.

1L bottle from the LCBO. hazy copper pour, billowy, rocky white head. aroma is all cloves, and bananas, with quite a bit of yeast, and malted wheat. not surprising really, but everything seems to be much bolder than i would have expected. the flavor is all cloves, and wheat, with whisps of banana and bubblegum. the finish is light on the bitterness with a thick malted wheat after taste.

Beautiful cloudy orange pour with medium sized off white head. Aroma of banana, yeast, wheat, spice, cloves and caramel. Taste is cloves, banana, yeast, slight caramel, orange citrus and quite spicy. Perfect carbonation, everything coming together perfect in this beer. Absolutely delicious! Excellent beer!

Aroma comes off with very big banana, and also some clove in there. Appearance is a cloudy gold-yellow with lots of lace. We did multiple small pours out of a liter bottle, so head development isnít really judgable. Taste is kind of sweet. Body is nice and full, much more so than a typical hefeweizen. Great beer!
