1 L bottle from Letspour.com. Nose is pumpkin, cloves, nutmeg, a flowery note. Cloudy copper with a medium, lightly lacing beige head. Flavor is pumpkin pie basically with hints of bitter and a very light anise I can pick up here.

Bright roasted pumpkin color with big white head. Big and richly spiced aroma with lots of nutmeg. Spices do not obscure the pure pumpkin base. Soft with slight tackiness in the palate. Big juicy flavors.

Pours clear orange, thin off-white head, doesn’t last, lacing is spotty. Nose is pumpkin pie spices, crystal malt, light non-specific fruitiness, standard clean yeast, some pumpkin here, but if there wasn’t a giant Jack-o-Lantern on the label, I’d be hard pressed to pick it out.

I didn’t even want to like this thing so much. In the past I have had some fairly awful at worst and lackluster at best Pumpkin Ale experiences. As I am a sucker for all things pumpkin though, I keep going back in hope of finding a decent festive brew. From the smooth notes of clove, cinnamon, anise, nutmeg, brown sugar, caramel and of course pumpkin to the beautiful red-orange glow with the lofty cream head, this liquid pie does it right. The taste is sweet but not saccharine and is thoroughly pumpkininny. A smooth and low carbonated body with a small hint of oiliness, this gourd guzzle hides it’s booze bomb well but warms this fella on a crisp autumn day. Huzzah!

Quite a tasty pumpkin brew for how strong it is. Pours an unfiltered amber colour with a big head. Aroma is of pumpkin pie, and all the spices that go into it and even some ginger. Tastes about the same which is fine by me. Had low carbonation and is smooth, I was kind of hoping for a heavier body though.

32 oz bottle, consumed at Right Proper Brewing. Poured a relatively clear amber color with a small off-white head. Aroma was pumpkin, actual pumpkin, with notes of cinnamon, nutmeg. Flavor was nice light pumpkin pie, with nutmeg taking the forefront on this, with light cinnamon and gourd following up. Actually not bad.

Bottle - 1L swing top. Gorgeous copper amber with a medium, dense foamy tan head. Nose is pumpkin pie, soft spice, caramel, sweet malt, pumpkin bread and sweet malt. Taste is big pumpkin pie notes, spices, sweet malt, caramel notes, bready malts and candy notes. Body is medium with a dense, bubbly carbonation. Ends with more pumpkin pie notes, pumpkin pie spices, sweet malt, bready malts and caramel.

19 sept 2014, bottle. Orange, clear, steady bubbles nose is big pumpkin our spice but not too sweet. Med body and mildly fizzy. A tad spicy, pumpkin pie spices, maybe clove is most noticeable but not too much. Decent.

Bottle. Pretty standard pumpkin ale, some nice pumpkin spice, medium-full body. It's no Pumking, but a pretty good pumpkin beer.

Large flip-top bottle. Pours a bright orange red with a pillowy head of tight white bubbles that quickly diminishes to a thin layer. Aroma is creamy and well spiced. The complex scents don’t compete with one another, they are cohesive. Gentle carbonation brings the flavors onto the tongue. Lots of complex spice and lightly roasted pumpkin. Some toast and bready notes as well. Very drinkable considering the high alcohol level. Well done.
