3 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Visual: This is a collaboration beer with Vancouverís Tap & Barrel bar/lounge; Nice place, their food is decent but on the greasy side. Informative sticker label on a bail-top bottle, I love to reuse these things after cleaning and sanitizing them. Pours cloudy pale maroon with a ridiculous foamy head, lots of lacing, and tons of activity.
Nose: faint crushed sour blueberries with a hint of barnyard. (3)-aromatic strength.
Attack: incoming fruity-sour berries, very creamy mouthfeel
Mid-palate: (6)-sweetness,tangy/sourness, (MAIN) blueberry, lemon, wheat malt (HINT) banana, barley
Finish: fading body, semi-sweet acidic yeasty citrusy-sour finish
Summary: Sometimes one-off beers are gimmicky but this one actually has some substance. A decent balance of real fruitiness, sweet, sour, alcohol, texture and body. (Note: numbers above are on a 10-point weak-strong scale)

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
1 litre capped pot-stopper. Clouded purple blue, foamy berry tinged head mostly lasts. Wheaty berry fruit aroma. Not too sweet, slightly tart berry wheaty yeasty taste. Lively carbonation, light bodied, low hopped. Decent patio refresher. MLF (More Lagerboy Friendly)

3.3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 12/20
On tap at Tap & Barrel in South False Creek. A mauvish color and cloudy. Minimal head. Not bad for a fruit ale (yes I know it says itís a wheat ale), but personally Iíd prefer more beer flavour. Might be a winner mixed with something with a more pronounced beer flavour. Okay.

2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
(1 litre swing top) Purchased at Hillside Liquors for $9.95. Pours a foamy light pink head atop a brown reddish body. Nose of blueberries and raspberry seed. Flavour has minor lactic, but good bitterness. Iím not getting much of the wheat but this is nice as its not jammy but tart and berry. Not something Iíd drink regularly but itís nice as a seasonal.

4.1 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 15/20
There is a good amount of Blueberry on this unfiltered beer but it is not sweet. It shows natural flavors and great texture on the palate.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Pours a hazy purplish blue with a small white ring and some lace. Aroma of sweet blueberry, wheat, some spice and citrus. Taste is blueberry, wheat and a nice spicy citrus finish. This is basic a dull wheat cap turned excellent with the addition of blueberries, nothing earthshattering but very refreshing and nice to drink.

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Dark cloudy pink with a small pinkish-white head. Aroma is wet straw, blueberries. Creamy mouthfeel, thin bodied, grainy sweetness on the palate. Taste is heavy on the wheat, light on the blueberry. Somewhat disappointing.
