4th December 2012
Cock Tavern. Keg. Hazy gold beer, tidy white head. Palate is light and crispy, semi dry. Minerals. Bready pale malts with a hint of lager character. Hops are European in style if not origin. Herb and spice but bolder than most European hops. Finishes smooth with the malt turning slightly creamy. Bitter grapefruit in the aftertaste. All right.
