Bottle 75 cl. [Courtesy of Hildigöltur, thanks buddy] Lovely golden / amber color. Very oily display of lacework. Aroma was very Christmas spicy almost like Gløg. Notes of raisins, honey, alcohol, cloves, cinnamon. Full bodied with a flat carbonation and oily alcoholic texture. Heavy sweet flavor. Spicy sweet lingering finish. Quit nice and really reminded me of Christmas times….. :-D

[my 300th German rating]
Pours clear coppery golden with no head. Aroma is very spicy, raisins, cinnamon, cloves, caramel and honey. Fine oily mouthfeel. Nice flavour with sweet honey, light tartiness, fine spices and pleasantly warming. Fine Christmas mead.

Bottled. A dark golden mead. The aroma is sweet spicy - reminding me of Christmas wieht notes of cinnamon and alcohol. The flavor is sweet - very sweet, with strong notes of honey, alcohol, cloves, and cinnamon. A bit too alcoholic.
