UPDATED: AUG 1, 2010 bottle. Wheat and sweet smelling. Pours hazy yellow with some sediment. Thin lacing throughout. Taste of wheat, corn and banana. Bitter aftertaste. Not very refreshing.

Light golden color with a foamy off white head. Grits with a hint of floral hops in the aroma. Sprity in feel. Sweetness, can not pin down if its corn, or malt. Kraft paper and a real stale flavor come out later in the quaff. What should you expect from a totally dirt cheap premium beer. Thanks slikwily for the bonus beer to rate.

Gold and hazy with a small white head. Aroma is of wheat and cardboard. Taste is lightly tart? and citrusy.

Pour is a hazy yellow with no head at all. Aroma is a strange sweetness. Flavor is an even stranger sourness. After reading a few other reviews other raters got this as well. No where near a wheat beer and so sour its almost a cider. Quite awful

Thin fruitiness into the flavor, not a lot going on, just a so-so wheat ale.

This was quite odd. No head at all. Pale yellow. At first it was quite sour for the style, I had to look up if it was intended to be sour or if the bottle was off. Later sips somewhat more like a more traditional wheat ale. Didnít work. Serving: Bottle

Bottle. A - Cloudy golden orange color with a moderate sized, foamy white head. Decent retention that settles into a thin foamy lace. S - Strong yeast and spiced aroma. Wheat is present along with hints of overly ripe banana and bubblegum, but they arenít very strong like many other Hefeweizens. Strongly spiced (clove, pepper, cardamom, and some others) along with some lemon. Wheat comes off pretty bready in aroma. T - Similar to the nose with a lot of spiced flavor and some musty wheat and bready flavors. Very faint banana and bubblegum on the finish. Grassy taste as well. M - Light to medium body with low carbonation. Smooth and slick feel as well. D - Easy to drink, although not overly intriguing, and not one that I keep reaching for, but rather one that is easy to drink and disappears fast. Would be better with a bit more carbonation and some more banana and less musty flavor. Notes: Not my favorite wheat beer, and it falls somewhere between something like a Pale Wheat and a Hefeweizen, but a bit closer to a Pale Wheat. Full of spicy and musty flavors. Ok for a summertime, easy to drink beer to cool off, but I probably wonít get it again.

Bottle from sampler. Probably one of the worst beers Iíve had in a while. I made it through two sips and had to pour it out. The beer pours a cloudy gold with a small head. Nose of tart fruit, grain. Taste is tart and sour, not in a good way. Maybe this was a bad bottle. Overall, a rough brew. Not something I would recommend. By far the worst in a mediocre mixer.

(12oz bottle, courtesy of jkwalking05) Pours a clear yellow body with a small white head. Aroma of rotten grain, lemon, and wheat. Flavor of lemon, wheat, and cardboard with a watery mouthfeel. Nasty...
