Huber Bock has traditionally provided a creamy texture and rich flavor to beer lovers all over Wisconsin. It has a fine, malty body like the bocks of southern Germany, but is drier than the typical bocks of Bavaria. Huber Bock is made with Brewer's Two-Row Malt, Carapils Malt, Black Malt and domestic hops.

Bottle from B&M. Deep ruby body with a cream head. Quite fruity at first with some coffee and chocolate malt flavour comingin aftrwards. Not a strong flavoured beer, but what there is is fairly decent. Not bad.

UPDATED: MAR 23, 2014 Bottled 21/01/14. A blackish brown coloured beer with a white head. More like a Schwarzbier than anything else for me. Dusty chocolate and sweet caramel. Tasty enough I guess if a little too sweet. Score 3.2
Subsequent rating scored 3.4. Average becomes 3.3

Very dark red brown appearance. Fruity aroma with some blackcurrant which comes through in the flavour too. It’s fruity with some light coffee tones. Quite sweet.

Cheapo 330 ml bottle from B&M. ABV on the bottle stated 5.5% Poured into a Hoegarden tasting glass. malt loaf and wet garden aroma. Dark ruby with a generous beige head. Fruit cake and black treacle flavours, old prune and fig with something earthy and vegetal offering a bit of complexity. Also a slightly smoky quality. Full bodied, slick and chewy, with a long finish. I opened a second bottle after the first, and it kept my interest to the end.

16oz can. Pours a very deep amber color, with a slightly off white head. Sweet and malty aromas with hints of caramel and wheat. Taste is of deep roasted malt with a tiny hop presence. Very slight amount of chocolate coffee. Creamy and smooth, with good carbonation.
