1.1 AROMA 2/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 2/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 4/20
Bottle from Kevin42. Ugly pour. Looks like apple juice. Mr. Huber, I know how you made this stuff: take one part apple juice, let sit in the sun, filter, bottle. The nose is apple and perfume, and the taste is very similar. I donít really care for this. Too sweet and oddly enough, the finish is too sour. This would probably start tasting good after 15 or 16 of them.

A Budweiser clone with a slightly more cloudy appearance and a more skunky flavor. Itís a must miss.

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
UPDATED: MAR 2, 2003 A great beer. It does not taste like your normal domestic beer. It is also the cheapest beer i have ever had costing only 9.99 for a case of bottles. This was a favorite at my college basement parties. I would tell anyone to overlook the price of this beer and not judge until you have expereinced one of wisconsins best beers ever. and remember to return the huber bottles and case because they are reused.

2.4 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20
Pretty typical light lager. Pours a yerllow color with some head and lots of fizz. Sweet malt hides any hops that might be floating around. Good lawnmower beer, but not much else.

2.2 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20
Poured from the bottle golden with a little head, nice carbonation. Sweet grain smell mixed with light hops. The taste is a bit sweet and very crisp with a little bit of a mineral twinge. This beer is a good alternative to the other mainstream beers out there. Very clean tasting and beats out other cheap beers by far. If available, i would recommend giving it a try.

Traditional Wisconsin Lager. Huber is now known as Minhas, but the taste is the same.

2.5 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20
Bottle. 4.8% ABV. Thin white head with poor retention. Gold body. Aroma is red fruit, malt, hops, alcohol, corn. Bittersweet. Clean, dry finish. Rough quality, like Carlsberg Special Brew. Better than Budweiser at least.

2.3 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20
Mild sweet corn aroma. Pale straw golden color with a thin head that coats the glass somewhat. Sweet almost perfumy taste with a little hops in the back. No palate. Says itís been brewed the same way for over a century. Iím sure American pilsners were better than this back then. On the other hand, Bud, Miller and Pabst were perhaps much better a century ago and have been watered down ever since making the Huber taste better today! Anyway, itís refreshing when cold and canít be beat at $6.50 a 12-pack.

2.1 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20
Bottle thanks to s_hartshorne. Golden beer with short lived head. Aroma is grain and perfume. Taste is sweet corn, grain and more perfume. Some unusual flavour in there that I canít quite fathom. Like watered down whisky. Drinkable.
