It’s unclear golden with a huge, creamy head. The aroma has lovely notes of yeast, banana and other fruit, wheat. The flavor is sweet with notes of yeast, banana, other fruit, wheat, and the finish is a little spicy. The balance is incredible - a very, very nice Weisse.....

21/07 GT at Richtar Jakub, 0.5 l bottle. It poured hazy golden body with small head. Nice weizen aroma, banana, yoghurt and usual spices. Tasty banana, cloves, coriander(?) full estery and yeasty, full bodied with elegant sweetness. It was finishing in also sweet, a bit tart, nice rounded Hefeweizen way. A nice one!

RBESG ’12, Bratislava. Grand Tasting at Richtar Jakub. 50cl Bottle. Milky yellow colour, white head. Aroma of sweet banana, fruity esters, spicy. Flavour is sweet, banana, estery, light spicy, wheat-tart finish. Light-bodied, sweet, nice.

Bottle, RBESG 2012 grand tasting. Hazy yellow colour. Aroma wheat, fruity, straw. Taste wheat, medium sweet, very light bitterness. Finish light to medium sweet and bitter, rather low drinkabilitty. A bit eggy.

RBESG. Full murky golden-yellow body. Lovely nose... The orange liqueur you find in stracciatella, banana and glue. The taste is mostly banana, a bit dry, ending in chewed up bubblegum. Notes of pineapple, sweet, juicy. Likable!
