It’s unclear golden with a creamy white head. The aroma has notes of yeast, wheat, banana and a VERY light touch of meat. The flavor is sweet with notes of mild yeast, banana (mostly banana peal), fruit, wheat and the finish is slightly spicy.

Bottle: Golden, white and stable lacy head, wheaty-dusty nose, supported by a yeasty-fruity touch; sweet-sourish flavour, light bodied and quite soft; some citrussy traces in the sweetish-wheaty finish, some yeast is detectable.Quite a decent Weizen...

Unclear medium yellow colour with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly to fully lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, wheat, light to moderate hoppy, grass, light to moderate yeasty. Flavour is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average duration, yeasty, grainy notes. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20120817]

Bottle @ The 5th Danish Summer Gathering Ulborg, 2012. Pours hazy golden with a small white head. Banana, bread, wheat and yeast. Medium bodied.

Bottle. A hazy, golden-orange beer topped by a small, dense, off-white head. Not much weissbier aroma, but some bubble gum and banana is present. A touch of cloves too. The flavor has wheat, bubble gum, banana and some cloves, with a little bitterness in the end. Medium body, dry and quite hard on the carbonation. Nothing impressive going on here. 120817
