From a really small brewery in North Munich, one of the best Hefeweizen I’ve ever tried, really hard to find, but definitely worth the work...

0,5l can out of Beer Tasting Box. Taste is a bit boring, watery. Reminds me of Erdinger. Average Weizen. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

0,5l bottle at home courtesy of amzngwrldfood, big thanks. BB 20.07.2017. orange cloudy color, medium big white head. smells of spices, banana, light peach, yeasty, bit dusty, light caramel. decent smell. medium body, soft carbonation, slick mouthfeel. tastes of caramel, some banana, peach, spices, lightly yeasty, light peppery. finishes a bit watery with notes of spices, caramel and light peppery. rather decent but overall lacks a bit flavor towards the finish.

Hazy deep golden color with white head. Aroma has the classic banana and cloves plus some vanilla and citrus. Taste is also classic but also has a light marzipan, slightly on the sweet side with a spicy finish. Body is creamy but also well carbonated. A really nice surprise, one of the best hefeweizen I had recently.

Hazy amber with little white head. Aroma is banana, tropic fruit and lots of yeasts, vanilla. Some flour as well. Taste is some carbonation induced sourness with some yeasts and the normal lager bitterness. Finish is some citrussy sourness with a clean milky and later sweet touch to it. Medium body. Not bad.

Rating #2214 - 2015.12.02 - Can #2 in the 2015 BeerAdvent Calendar for Costco. Pours a hazy, golden orange colour with a frothy, white head that fades fairly quickly to a foamy ring. Aroma is yeast, banana bread, and a floral whiff. Taste is very much a bready, banana flavour with a spicy/herbal note lingering into a smooth finish. Medium carbonation. Mouthfeel is clean and superb. Excellent.

Pours cloudy golden, huge frothy white head. Nose of lemon, banana, zest, spice, milk, wheat, yeast. Tastes sourish with light sweetness and very light crispy bitterness on finish. Creamy and milky texture, crisp with high carbonation. Lovely and refreshing.

Bottle. Lots of banana and wheat. Taste is not entirely harmonic and switches between banana, some clover, sweetness. Rather soft and watery palate, but also making it highly drinkable. Good.

Farbe: typisches trüb-gold ocker Schaum: top Nase: am anfang wenig, leicht säuerliche Kellernote. Später kräftig brotig und Weizen. Und hm. Klee? Klassisch rund lecker.
