2.4 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 6/20
Aroma: OI - Det smeller en kraftig lukt av Diacetyl her. Fullstendig overdøvende. Muligens litt belgisk gjær, urter og fusel.
Utseende: Svak hvit skumtopp. Blir helt borte ganske fort. Strågul og tåkete.
Smak: Diacetyl, Karamell, Sitrus.
Munnfølelse: Fin karbonering, Lav fylde.
Helhetsintrykk: Her må prosessen gjennomgåes. Det er en helt klar gjæringsfeil her. Tror nok jeg kommer til å huske denne, men ikke på en positiv måte.

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle, at Melkebaren. A dense, two finger white head forms on top of an unclear orange-golden body. Nice lacings, and there’s some sediments in the bottle that easily hits the glass. Not that I care... The aroma is fruity in a Belgian way, with some yeast and white sugar. Spiced and herbal notes too, and the alcohol isn’t hiding. Not that the alcohol aroma is too pushing, but it’s sure there. The flavor is a bit too sugary I think, but still quite nice. It’s fruity and lightly spiced, with a fine bitterness. It’s warming on the palate, with a bit too much carbonation. Full body. Lasting fruity finish where there’s enough bitterness to prevent it from feeling cloying. A quite nice beer if you ask me, but I’d rather crack open a Duvel. 140305

3.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
330m bottle shared with KnutAlbert at Café Sara. Near-clear golden body. Dotted spots on the glassware. Fair white head. Pale malts on the nose mingled with a spicy fruity touch. Blended taste profile of dried and fresh fruits, lightly spiced. Sweet ending keeping the alcohol at bay. Soft and fine bodied. A tad too sweet, still very nice. (Oslo 12.02.2014).
