A - Does not pour like a typical blonde. It pours a hazy light amber or copper color with almost no head. The minimal head was an off-white color that quickly dissipated. No lacing. I think this beer could improve on the appearance.
S - To me this beer has very little aroma. What I can smell is a bit of sweet malt, almost buttery. I can also smell a trace of the pine and citrus from the hops.
T - The taste is somewhat similar to the smell. It has that sweet butter taste but it has a but of a bitter finish due to the hops. You can taste some of the citrus from the pine towards the end. It is a very subtle taste.
M - This beer has zero carbonation. It has a semi-medium body and the mouthfeel is extremely smooth. It is a very easy drinking beer. Could be a session beer.
O - Overall I think with some tweaking this beer has the potential to be good but it is just not there yet. The buttery taste is a bit overwhelming and the lack of carbonation is disappointing. I think for the craft drinker, this beer leaves much to be desired. I do, however, think this would be a good transition beer for the macro-lover looking to experience the world of craft beer.

Great golden color with a small white head. Simple smooth taste. Great summer sipping beer.

Shared a tall brown bottle, thanks gregwilsonstl! It poured a light amber, no foam, but a little lace nonetheless. Almost no aroma. A little malt and hops in the flavour. Too much residual sweetness. Absolutely no carbonation. It struck as a basic, badly-kept cask of British Bitter. This was a deeply flawed beer, but didnít taste horrible. With a few simple adjustments, it could become a great table beer.

For a blonde this is darker than expected. No head, flat. But very sweet. Slighty bitter. Typical blonde woman, not typical blonde beer. Thanks Anthony.

Bottle - not much head, hazy dark straw color, mild sweet malty aroma and flavor, mild hops, some honey-like notes; guess it would be pretty refreshing on a hot day

Sampled at an esbls tasting. I bought this at a bar in Cape Girardeau. Almost clear golden. Buttery nose and flavor. Huge diactyl. Some soft fruit and malts but that butter is too much to overcome.

Bomber to a lager glass. Pours a cloudy amber with almost no head, but what is there laces nicely. Grain with some very light floral hops, maybe a little grass.Taste is fairly sweet with malt, but has a very subtle dry finish. Smooth palate, not much carbonation. Not a real complicated beer, but very drinkable. Iíd choose it over a macro or any of the Crown Valleyís any day. Kudos and Cheers! to John A. Huber.

22 oz. bottle shared by Jackson, Missouriís own bsuedekum- thanks a ton, Blake! Heís excited that his hometown has its own craft brewer that will be available around Southeastern Missouri. This one pours a cloudy orange color with a small white head. The aroma is pretty sweet, with sweet, bready malts, sugar, grass, and straw- a little dank and sweaty, too. The flavor follows suit, but is drier, with some crackery and grainy notes. Light-bodied, with moderate carbonation and a malty mouthfeel. Good blonde ale. I hope this brewer succeeds in spreading craft beer in his area.
