Bottle: If you are a pilsner fan, this is good. Light, refreshing, a little bit of a hop note in the back of it, but nothing offensive. Good.

2.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20 shrubber85 (5972) - Greenville, Indiana, USA - NOV 9, 2012

3.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20 garrison (717) - Cin. city, Ohio, USA - AUG 10, 2012
Alright, I purchased this brew at a nearby Krogers, and it is okay for a summer pils... just a bit of the German grainieness, but the malt and sweetness are there.
3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20 Drjohnrock (288) - Cincinnati, Ohio, USA - AUG 8, 2012
From 12 ounce bottle purchased at The Party Source. Assertive aroma that’s like that of a pale lager but upped a couple of evolutionary notches, very large white head that slowly dissipated with fine lacing, medium gold hue, creamy texture, medium bittersweet flavor that’s refreshingly different from the usual pilsener sharpness, with the sweetness not cloying. A big step back in the right direction for the Hudepohl name after last fall’s somewhat disappointing oktoberfest.
2.9 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20 Tmoney99 (8778) - Cincinnati, Ohio, USA - AUG 5, 2012
Bottle from Drjohnrock. Poured clear golden color with a medium frothy white head that was mostly lasting with good lacing. Moderate balanced aroma. Medium body with a smooth texture and soft carbonation. Medium balanced flavor with a medium balanced finish of moderate duration. Soft drinkable beer.
2.9 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20 Chudwick (1081) - Taylor Mill, Kentucky, USA - JUN 15, 2012
12oz bottle [don’t know if I got the right brewer or not, since the name of the brewery on the label is "closed" according to RB] - pours clear gold with white head. Nose is yeast and corn. Definitely has that Hudy taste (much like the Amber). Flavor adds the expected hops for the style. Light to medium bodied with a dryish finish (it sure dried my lips). Tiny bit sweet but moderately bitter. A good summer drink: light and refreshing with more character than the typical American pale lager.
