COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This is a clean America wheat ale which has a little more crispness and bite than its German counterpart. This is a well blended beer balancing between malt sweetness and the bitterness of the hops. The aroma will be slightly citrus and the flavor will have a slight hint of banana and clove.

>> Pours clear (?), sparkling light gold. Nose is awful: metallic, blood iron. Taste is sour apple, a bit tart, sauerkraut. Phaleslu nails it for secret Krampus. Really bad.

12 oz bottle. Bottled Feb/2013. (Midtown Liquor) Tulsa, OK.
Cloudy deep amber golden colour with a tiny white head. Wheat, mild yeast, bacon and some bitterness in the aroma. The flavour is wheat, yeast, bacon, mild bitterness and malt. Very drinkable. I prefer Hefeweizen or Witbier but this is OK for a Wheat Ale.

A - Pours a hazy golden amber with a thick eggshell head that had descent staying power. S - Soured grain, grapes, wheat bread, very doughy as it warms up. T - Sour lemon twang upfront, nutty wheat, doughy bread, pretty tart. The finish is crisp and tart. M - Full lush body with plenty of carbonation, doughy feel with a crisp finish. Having had other beers from this brewery, the sour lemon flavor was probably not intended but it actually (kind of)works with this one as long as you drink it quick. A sour grape character starts coming out when sits too long. Refreshing beer especially with the sour component. This one went quick. Serving type: bottle 10-10-2012

Hazy golden color with fleeting white head. Nice tart wheat, sour dough, dry yeast, light fruit aromas. medium body. Crisp, lightly tart pale wheat flavors with light berry fruit, citrus-good hot weather brew--

[Tap] Sampled at Beer Fest VII in OKC. Pours a cloudy straw color with a thin foam cap. Sweet nose of wheat malts, light fruits and citrus. The taste is of light wheat bread, lemongrass and mild clove. Overall, this brew is sweet, mild and light. Pretty inoffensive, with a grainy finish.
