Ungstrup (11692), Frederiksberg, Denmark Feb 18, 2007 Bottled. An unclear amber beer with a thin beige head. The aroma is smoky malty combined with notes of bacon. The flavor is sweet malty with notes of smoke, and with an alcohol burn towards the end. Papsoe (11062), Frederiksberg, Denmark Feb 18, 2007 (Bottle 50 cl) Slightly hazy, dark amber with a small, rough, off-white head. Fat aroma of smoke. Considering the alcohol the body is only medium with burned malty accents and then this fat, baconish flavour. Distinctly bitter finish. Very unique. Thank you Dalle. 120207 joergen (6814), Frederiksberg, Denmark Feb 14, 2007 Bottle.
