It’s a unclear, golden beer with a huge, nice and creamy head. The aroma has notes of clove, banana and wheat. The flavour has the just right sweetness, notes of clove, delicious banana and wheat. IMO it has a very nice balance – it’s nice!

Draught at Hummel. I thought this was good, so I am surprised by the low scores. Banana. Sweet wheat with coriander. Opaque orange color and a large white head laces the glass.

#1050 Jo mei, woas is des denn für a Weißbier? Alles, was ein gutes Weißbier auszeichnet, fehlt hier schlichtweg! Die Flasche ist noch das beste. Nie wieder! Test vom 14.10.2008, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 6,3,6,4,8,5 - 4,95

Bottle @ gasthaus, Slisslitz. Pours hazy dark yellow with a white head, loads of fine bubbles. Aroma of wheat, yeast, banana, sweets. Flavor of wheat, yeast, sweet fruit, banana, bubblegum. Thin body, lively carbonation. 090812

500 ml bottle. From bierzwerg.de.
Cloudy golden colour with small to average creamy white head. Yeast, rubber, wheat and citrus in aroma. Flavour is wheat, yeast, mild caramel sweetness and mild bitterness. Allright Weizen with wheaty grainy aftertaste.

Bottled 500ml (BZ, BB 04/2011)
Hazy yellow-orange color, good white head. Aroma of citrus and cardboard. Citrus, banana, cardboard and light sourish note. Unfortunately got a bit old bottle from Bierzwerg, so can’t say the full potential of this citrusy weizen.

bottle from Bierzwerg. Cloudy pale yellow, rather small white head. Wheaty and yeasty, shy fruit flavours, hints of lime.

Draught at the brauhaus
Cloudy blond color. The aroma is mild, spicy, maybe pungent. The flavor is soft, but with interesting wheat, spices and a touch of sourness. Good.

Bottle. Pale glowing yellowy beer with an active fairly strong head which is mainly fiz. The aroma is yeasty and lemon peel, and the flavour is very dry with a fruity and yeasty finish. Overall a reasonable wheat beer.

Bottle. A hazy, orange-golden beer with a nice, finger-thick off-white head leaving lacings. Cellary aroma with some citrus and banana. A touch of milky sourness too. The flavor is a tad better, with less cellar and sourness, but it’s not enough weissbier-ish to be nice. Lacks on both banana and cloves. Medium body, effervescent. It finishes like it starts. Not entirely clean, and definitely not the best weissbier I’ve had. 100814

From Beers of Europe. Pous a fairly clear light gold colour, with a solid, clean white head. Cloves dominate the taste, with a good aftertaste of lemon and grapefruit. Plenty of carbonation, some dryness, and an unusual, faint trace of rubber, which actually works! Very well made beer, the aftertaste develops flavours of bitter raspberry and vanilla, aswell as being a touch grassy in the mouthfeel.
