COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Brewed in the tradition of Belgian monks, this beer uses a special yeast strain and organic sugar to produce spicy and fruity notes. Far smoother than you would expect a high gravity beer to be, this is a wonderful winter warmer.

Growler thanks to angrypirate. The look is clear, golden in color, and has a beige colored head. The smell is fruits, yeast, belgian, biscuits, sweet, and bubble gum. The taste is the same as the smell.

growler thanks to some angrypirate guy. really wish he would stop showing up with the eye patch on. poured light gold with a white head. aroma was caramel, citrus, and a weird smokey pine. flavor was pine, citrus, and alcohol with a medium body. looks like everyone else got different. gotta stop smokin crack before tasting.

Growler courtesy of angrypirate06. Pours copper/mahogany with a minimal off white head. Smells of dark fruit, light spice, some clove, some hints of tartmess. Tastes spicy and earthy with some caramel, up front sugary hints, some vanilla hints. Lacking in body, but drinkable.

(Growler thanks to angrypirate06) Pours clear copper with a ring of bubbles. Nose of manure, fertilizer, applewood bacon, fruits and very sweet. Taste of warm alcohol, raisins, apples, and other fruits. Warm finish that is nicely carbonated.

Growler thanks to angrypirate06. Dark, slightly hazy, amber pour with a rocky head that recedes quickly. Nose is dark fruits, malty, yeasty and hint of bananas. Flavors of fruits, caramel, candied alcohol(?). Medium mouthfeel and a light syrupy texture.

Growler courtesy of angrypirate06. Clear golden honey orange color with some white head. Huge Belgian fruit smell. Sweet and light malt. Some spice as well. Banana smell is very prominent. Some alcohol also. Taste is lightly sweet with a nice fruity aroma. Easy finish. This is surprisingly easy to drink.

Growler. Hazy orangish brown pour with foamy tan head. Aroma is copper, bananas, and some strange bacony smokiness. Flavor is esters, bananas, light caramel.

Tasted in 2010 (backlog). Amber in color with a small off-white head. Aroma is of grain, corn, suger, and light smoke. Taste is of sugar, caramel and grain with lots of CO2.
