A true German-style Hefeweizen made with malted wheat, Munich malt and 2-row barley. The yeast is a southern German-style strain producing a flavor profile that includes clove and banana notes. The beer is unfiltered and thus a bit hazy. The hop additions are all Nobel Halertauer hops that lend a slight spiciness to this delightful beer.
