COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Macho Cabrito Bock is a German-styled medium bodied dark lager with nutty, caramel, and chocolate flavors. Low in hop character, this smooth brew has a clean, dry, finish that leaves your taste buds yearning for another. Seasonal at the Humperdink’s NW Hwy location.

Growler thanks to Mora2000. Pours a brown with red hues. Aroma of light malt, faint dark roast and a bit of hop. Flavor of light malt, grainy, faint dark roast with signs of flavor hop. Mouth feel is light-medium body with high carbonation. Overall, it’s easy drinking and tasty!

Sampled from a growler from the Humperdinks on Northwest Highway in Dallas. Pours dark brownish-red with an off-white head. The aroma is a mix of toffee, caramel and chocolate. The flavor is chocolate with some caramel as well as some roasted malts. You also get some dark fruit and brown sugar. Overall, the flavor is fairly subtle even though it is pretty complex. Medium mouthfeel and low carbonation.
