Bottled. A golden beer with a thin lazing beige head. The aroma has notes of malt, fruit, and yeast. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt and caramel, leading to a dry and bitter finish. Thanks fonefan for sharing.

Half, cask at The Castle, Holborn. Unclear, light amber. Thin, white head. Smell of late fruits. Malt-fruity taste with a sweet orange resonance. Not enough bitterness to counter the sweetness. Thin to medium bodied (London, 03.08.2009).

Cask@The Castle, London. Golden color, small white head. Fresh green wood aroma. Similar flavor, also some tea leaves. Woody aftertaste. Not very good session beer.

Bottle 50cl. @ TFODRBSG 2008, Ulfborg, Denmark
Clear medium yellow golden color with a average, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, moderate yeasty, barnyard, soap, toffee. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average duration. Body is light to medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. (230808)

Bottle, shared by fonefan. A clear, golden beer with an off-white head of small size. Grainy, citrusy-fruity aroma that is quite weak. Too weak on the flavor too, with grain and malt, and some apple-like fruityness. Good bitterness towards the end. Some sour hints too, in the finish. Medium body. A quite decent beer, nothing more. Cask at GBBF08. Clear golden colour, very small white head. Weak fruity flavour, OK alcohol balance. Not too thin.

Bottled at Monks Cafe, Stockholm. Pours out in a hazy pale amber color with a large frim white head. Pleasant and well-integrated aroma of fudge, vanilla, oranges, red tart berries and walnut. light-bodied with fruity dryish flavors o fred berries, hay and fudge. Crisp medium-bitter finish of wet grass, bloodoranges, red berries and mild spices .Pleasant bottled session bitter. Way underrated IMHO.
