Cask, The Salmon, Leicester. Hazy pale gold with an off white foam. Grassy with lemon and pithy, mellow grapefruit. Clean grainy malts with woody, yeasty notes. Simple refreshing golden ale. Reminds me of similar beers from 10 years ago.

Cask at the Cambridge Blue, Cambridge on 6th September 2012. Pale gold with white head and some lace. Rich and intense fruity and hoppy aroma. Exquisite hoppiness and fruitiness in-mouth. Deliciously grassy and tangy end, very satisfying. Zingy mouthfeel and medium body; excellent for an ale of this strength.
